The Pay It Forward Fertility Foundation (PIFFF) is seeking a new Executive Director. The foundation was created by NCCRM and its partner clinics to give hope to people who want to build a family. Established in 2008, this non-profit organization helps people of various circumstances afford fertility treatments that are not covered by health insurance.
The ideal candidate would have a deep understanding of infertility and the challenges people face when given this diagnosis. Seeking Executive Director for the Pay It Forward Fertility Foundation
Pay it Forward Fertility Foundation is excited to announce that the foundation is in search of a new Executive Director. This position offers very flexible work hours, allows the director to work from their home, very limited travel if any at all, and would give the director the opportunity to really take a leadership role in the direction of the foundation.
Responsibilities
The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Pay it Forward Fertility Foundation, its various programs and events, and for insuring the accomplishment of the mission of the organization. Specific responsibilities include:
- Organizational Management – implements management system to insure effective and efficient operations and accountability.
- Program Design and Implementation – facilitates long- and short-range programs planning;
- Fiscal Management – 1) insures compliance with all local, state and federal requirements; 2) with Board Finance Committee, monitors organizational financial status and systems; 3) with board, develops organizational budget.
- Resource Development – insures that annual revenue goals are met by developing foundation proposals, involving Board in the fundraising process, and working with individual donors.
- Liaison with Board of Directors – facilitates activities of grassroots Board and its committees, including assuring leadership development opportunities
Accountability and Supervision
Accountable to and supervised by the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
4 year college degree in the areas of business and/or not for profit positions
Experience in fundraising
