Parkland Method
The Parkland procedure involves tying two non-absorbable ligatures around the middle portion of the fallopian tubes and then cutting out the tubal segment between the two ligatures. This tubal ligation is very similar to the Pomeroy method. Depending on the amount of tube that has been removed, this procedure is very successful to reverse.
