IVF – Single Cycle / Known Donor – Non-Refundable
IVF Procedure: $6950
INCLUDES:
- Retrieval of Eggs
- Culture & Fertilization of Embryo
- Embryo Transfer
- Anesthesia
- Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection, Assisted Hatching, and Blastocyst Culture IF NEEDED
Monitoring Visits:
Monitoring Package: $1500 – Includes all monitoring done at NCCRM for the donor.
$500 to cover daily cycle evaluation if donor is not monitored at NCCRM.
NCCRM will bill insurance for recipient monitoring visits.
Coordination Fee $1,000.00 for managing the cycles of both the patient and donor.
